Biography
Partner and executive director at Brio RH since 2008 and a partner at Brio PAE, Ginette holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has spent over 20 years in human resource management. She and her team work with clients in all areas of HR, including recruitment, implementing HR tools, compensation, and labour law, to name just a few. Her role is to promote the importance of sound HR management and a management style that involves openness, kindness, and listening for a healthy, effective, people-driven team.
