During her eight years as an entrepreneur, Noémi was at the helm of two businesses in the textile sector. Motivated to give back and support emerging entrepreneurs, she also spent three years as a board member for the Réseau Mentorat before getting involved as a mentor. At Université Laval, she completed a multidisciplinary bachelor’s degree in management: entrepreneurship, SME management, and consumer relations management.
Falling in love with Evol’s mission after having been supported by the organization in her own entrepreneurial journey, Noémi regards her role as regional manager for Capitale-Nationale as a logical next step in her career. She sees herself as an intrapreneur within the organization. This feeling is explained by the spirit of collaboration on the team and the autonomy available in an Opal organization.
Familiar with the reality of young people who go into business, Noémi knows the tools to offer them. She adores going out into the field to meet entrepreneurs and their partners. She is engaged and shares her vision of entrepreneurship that has a positive impact on the community, industry, and the world. Based on her experience, entrepreneurs put heart and soul into their business because they believe they can bring about change.
