Biography
Chantal’s mission is to share with entrepreneurs the passion and knowledge she acquired during her 25 years working for large local and Chinese businesses. She held strategic management roles in procurement, commercialization, research and development, importing/exporting, and distribution. This experience has given her a global vision of a business or product and has enabled her to coach entrepreneurs in each step of the development of their project or the reorganization of their business. She specializes in consumer goods and food products and businesses. She believes consulting means sharing her dream with entrepreneurs, developing a close relationship with them, and doing everything to help them propel their business.
Commercialization strategy
She coaches in business and commercialization strategy development for entrepreneurs who would like to develop a product or business. Business plans and commercial strategies, market research, cost studies, game plans through each step. Coaching for financing and subsidies.
Product management and development
Coaching in concept development for a business or product, finding a designer or manufacturer, establishing the price structure, packaging, brand image, web team. A 360˚ service from ideation to commercialization.
Distribution, sales and exports
She offers support for establishing B2B and B2C sales and distribution strategies both locally and internationally as well as warehousing and shipping logistics.
Procurement and imports
She offers support for properly structuring and improving the process of procurement and imports to improve profit margins and logistics. Analysis of current suppliers, contracts, partnerships, and negotiations. She also offers training and research for new suppliers, products, and raw materials.
