Biography
With over 20 years of experience, Grace offers advice and represents clients in business law and immigration law cases. She started her career as an attorney in Lebanon at a reputable firm until 2010, when she moved to Canada with her family. In Quebec, she worked for a major downtown Montreal firm and then for a multinational before starting her own business and founding Lex Internationalis. Grace assists many businesses at the corporate level and in business immigration. She is also involved in the community and is regularly invited as a speaker to share her knowledge in immigration law and business law.

Immigration law
We offer personalized coaching in immigration law for Canadian businesses that want to recruit foreign workers. Our services include work permit applications, study permits, LMIA, WHP, JP and related applications.

We guide your in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing your acquisition, licencing, and rights assignment contracts. We also provide legal advice and support for due diligence and other efforts. We can guide you in negotiating, reviewing, and drafting a range of agreements.
Business financing
We can help your company negotiate applications for financing and take the security needed when implementing financing strategies.
